A Texas firm built around one idea
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC was founded in 2012 and has grown to more than 170 legal professionals with offices across Texas, including Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, The Woodlands, Kingwood and Humble. Our founding attorney, Bryan Joseph Fagan, is a graduate of South Texas College of Law. The firm handles nine practice areas: family law, family law appeals, criminal law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, personal injury, adoption and animal law. That range is deliberate. The legal problems families bring us rarely arrive one at a time. Why a Rockwall County site
Rockwall County is one of the fastest growing counties in Texas and the highest-income county in the state by median household income. Its residents file in a courthouse with its own docket practices, appeal to the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas, and live close enough together that the expanded possession schedule usually applies. General Texas legal information does not answer those questions. This site does. We do not maintain a physical office in Rockwall County. Rockwall-area clients are served from our Dallas office at 12700 Hillcrest Rd., Suite 201, Dallas, TX 75230 — about 25 miles from the courthouse — and our attorneys appear in the Rockwall County courts. How we work
- Plain language. If you cannot explain your own case to your family, we have not done our job.
- Personalized representation. Your plan is built from your facts, not a template with your name in it.
- Availability. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, every day.
- Candor. When a case is not worth filing, or an appeal is unlikely to win, we say so.
