Answer a few questions and we will call you back. Useful when your matter is complicated and you would rather write it out.
What to bring
- Any court paperwork you have received, especially anything with a date on it — a citation, a petition, a notice of hearing, a signed order.
- The date you were served, if you were served. Your answer deadline runs from it.
- Photo ID.
- For family and probate matters: a rough list of assets, debts and income, and the names and birthdates of any children.
- For criminal matters: bond paperwork, the citation or charging document, and your next setting.
- For injury claims: the crash report number if you have it, photographs, and your insurance information.
- Your questions, written down. It is easy to forget the important one in the room.
What happens in the meeting
- You describe what is happening, without interruption.
- We ask targeted questions — dates, documents, prior orders, who else is involved.
- We explain the Texas law that applies and how the Rockwall County courts handle it.
- We give you a realistic timeline, the likely range of outcomes, and what it will cost.
- You decide. There is no pressure to sign anything that day.
Scheduling a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only by a signed written agreement.
